Project 2 | Architecture at Oxford Summer Course
2022
This is an extract from my final architecture project during my Oxford Summer Course.
We had 5 days to meet with our client (another student), renovate their house, and add a sustainable component.
The client provided a rough initial plan, and we were tasked with creating the final design and a presentation explaining our ideas.
I proposed several design solutions (can view them in the link) and developed a concept for a smart waste management app.
At the end, we anonymously evaluated each other’s projects, and mine got the highest.
Skills - Architecture Design, Sustainable Design, Client Communication, Space Planning, Professionalism.

Project 3 | School Magazine
2022
I was the head of graphics department for my school magazine. Color theme and layout for all the pages were decided by me.
My team designed the entire look and chose color palette for our school's first-ever magazine.
This is one of the few pages that was made by me. The school did not have any pictures clicked for the day so I created an image on my own.
The graphic was made by me on procreate and is about students wearing school uniform and their hands forming the word YOUTH.
Skills - Leadership, Graphic Design, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Brand Colors.

Project 5 | Apartment Interior Plan
2024
This is a small extract from my DES21 final project at University. We were given a fixed space measurement and tasked with designing rooms, living spaces, and a kitchen according to our own layout, but with a clear purpose.
I designed an apartment for an international student, focusing on functionality, comfort, and efficient use of space.
The project was a six-page submission, including an apartment moodboard, floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, two interior elevations, a one-point perspective drawing, and a two-point perspective drawing. I used AutoCAD for drafting and hand-rendered the final project sheets for submission.
Skills - Space Planning, AutoCAD, Hand Rendering, Interior Design, Technical Drawing,

Project 9 | Namana House Interior Project
2025
This was my final project for DES137B, where our task was to create an exact physical replica of a well-daylit building interior and analyze its daylighting patterns using a heliodon. Working in a team of three, we selected the Namana House.
I focused on constructing the walls with integrated louvers, assembling the full model, and finalizing wall and stair textures to match the original design. I also handled the creation of our presentation slides, and collaborated with my team in photographing and documenting the model under different seasonal sun angles.
Our team was the first to finish a fully assembled model which made our professor very happy as all of us were first time physical model makers. The project received 95/100, reflecting both our attention to detail and the precision of our replication.
Skills — Physical Model Making, Architectural Detailing, Lighting & Sun Path Analysis, Team Collaboration, Presentation Design, Precision Craftsmanship

Project 11 | Aloe
2025
This was my final project for DES 191B: Speculative Design, where I explored the intersection of technology, emotional wellness, and the natural environment. Set in a near-future world where emotional connection is rare, Aloe imagines a responsive, bioengineered plant that hums, glows, and moves to form a quiet emotional bond with its owner.
I created a story about Leo, a businessman whose lonely life slowly changes through Aloe’s gentle reactions. I researched responsive technologies like MIT’s Elowan, explored different design ideas, and built a world that shows his emotional distance. Aloe’s final design is plant-like, with a friendly face and soft sounds inspired by EVE from WALL·E.
The final outcome was a frame-by-frame animation created in Procreate and edited in iMovie, with original sound design to give Aloe a distinct emotional “voice.” This project strengthened my skills in speculative thinking, narrative storytelling, and blending visual and audio design to evoke emotion. This was a 70-point project, and I scored 69.
Skills — Speculative Design, Narrative World-Building, Character & Environment Design, Frame-by-Frame Animation, Sound Design, Illustration, Emotional Storytelling

Project 14 | Wooden Step Stool
2025
This was my final project for DES 135: Woodworking, where I designed and built a functional step stool entirely from scratch using lumber and plywood. I created the design, drafted precise measurements, and fabricated every component by hand, ensuring the final piece met the exact 14" × 14" × 14" dimensions and 7" step rise/run.
Throughout the process, I focused on craftsmanship and usability like cutting straight edges, sanding all surfaces smooth, tightening joints, and adding rounded edges for safe, comfortable handling.
As part of the “social furniture” assignment, we also collaborated with classmates to combine our stools into modular benches and elevated platforms, documenting different configurations and uses.
Skills — Woodworking, Craftsmanship, Precision Measurement, Fabrication, Spatial Design, Material Handling, User-Centered Design, Social Furniture, Furniture Making

Project 13 | Soft Pause
2025
This was my final project for DES 135, where I designed and built a functional wooden chair entirely from scratch using plywood. I developed the concept, drafted the measurements, and fabricated every component by hand in the woodshop. The project focused on creating a stable and comfortable seating piece while exploring how form, structure, and material work together in furniture design.
Throughout the process, I focused on craftsmanship and precision, measuring and cutting each piece carefully, assembling the structure with wood glue and a nail gun, and ensuring the chair remained balanced and sturdy. I spent significant time sanding all surfaces to remove rough edges and create a smooth finish, making the chair comfortable and safe to use. The final finishing process included applying wood conditioner to enhance the natural grain of the wood and give the material a warmer appearance.
